Our website is currently less than perfect and requires multiple steps.  If you are booking for multiple days you need to make your selection for each day.  Or you can email us and we will do the work for you.  shaun@akarcticwear.com

We utilize contracted delivery and deliver and pick up at scheduled times.  In most cases, you can have the replacement size waiting at the front desk the following morning. 

We drop and pick up gear overnight.  Your gear will be dropped by 12:01am on the day of your arrival and will need to be dropped back at the front desk of your hotel by 11:59pm on the date of your scheduled return.  

Absolutely.  Send your email to sales@akarcticwear.com. We will need to know the following:  the size for each member of your group, the shoe size for each member of your group, the hotel, your date of arrival, your date of departure, your cell phone number if you would like a text notification when your gear is delivered, and please note gender preference for the gear. We are happy to enter the order for you while our website is under construction.
